We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

U.S. Shipments: Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to U.S. customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges. These fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vancouver Umbrella is not responsible for any customs or import-related charges incurred upon delivery.
